    Your post makes little sense. If you mean what I think you do, the answer might be "With with a scanning package that has OCR capability, linked to a word processor application." What you mean by "English" is not clear, and neither is "in USA".

    "edit scan" also makes no sense.  What do you mean?  Do you want to edit or do you want to scan?

    I saw it as something that non-native speakers do a lot; confusion of verb and adjective (i.e. scan and scanned) and read it as "How to edit scanned documents". Of course I may be wrong. Who can tell what he means?
