Well, whenever i set the icon to represent files with the extension .pwn, it lasts for minutes or maybe hours, but it resets itself after some time..

It's annoying, as the file extension is actually known, and therefore should have an icon i can recognize

I have tried to manually recreate the file extension and it's associations, however that does not solve the problem, it just works for a few hours..
If i just open Tools -> Folder Options -> File types (dunno if that's their real names in english, but it should be similar) and alter the extension's icon from there, it works for like 30 mins, then it's reset

Any way to solve it?

Do you log off or restart during that time period?

It is possible that malware is resetting the file associations? it occasionally will do that.

As there is no reason to log out, I never do
And there is only 1 account made (Not counting the premade "Administrator")
And the screensaver doesn't log out the current user + I'm automaticly logged in on startup

Malware?, Hmm, that could be the reason, haven't run any scans lately - Will run some scans soon & report back here
