How can I setup system Restore of my Mini laptop using XPOS

Welcome to the forum.

Please provide more formation about your computer and the operating system. From you post it is not clear what you want to do.

An XP POS may be an embedded XP version,  so system recovery would not be the same aw a standard XP version.

A' mini' computer may have a CPU very different from the Intel CPU used in
popular laptops. Why is it called a 'mini' computer?

If you wish to archive you data, that should already be part of the POS package you have. Is that true?

    I dont think you can make recovery files on xp home edition.
    however put original disk to boot up from cd. when program starts click exit.
    click my computer locate the cd drive.
    right click drive icon and click explore.
    open valueadd folder.
    open msft folder and then NTBACKUP.
    double click NTBACKUP folder and work wizard.
