    somehow my ribbon changed from having the office button to a file tab. someone told me this might be classic so how do i change it back?

      i dont know what you mean by a picture.   where the office button used to be in the upper left corner of the screen is a file tab .  all i want is to change it back to the way it was before.

      Open Word so you can see the toolbar problem. Then press the "print screen" key on the keyboard. Now open MS Paint and paste the picture by clicking on EDIT - PASTE. Then save the picture and upload it in your next post
