Palm Pilot Tungsten e2 won;t synce in Windows 7

I have been using my Palm Pilot Tungsten e2 for years.  It stores everything.  When I got my new Toshiba satellite L655-S5153 I tried syncing up and it souded like it was doing it but it never did.  In windows Explorer it put the synbols there - showing the synce,

I called toshiba and they said it d=could not be used with Window 7.

I hope they are wrong?

If they told you that i would guess they are right...
