    When i open windows Help and Support all i get is,

    Help Topic Not Found
    This content under construction
    We were unable to retrieve the requested topic.

    Any link to a help topic throughout my system comes up with the same result

    Please Help!!

      You seem to have several lingering problems after the infection. I'd suggest trying startup repair options (boot to the W7 dvd). Let's see if that helps.

        Go into bios and make sure your optical drive is the first device in the boot order. Then boot to your Windows 7 dvd and choose "startup repair options". Allow it to try to repair the system automatically.

            I'm currently away from home and wont have access to my Vista CD for a month or so, any way around that??

            I also just realised my  Windows Media Player wont open at all, any ideas??
