CAN ANY ONE TELL WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.
SYSTEM IS GIVING TWO SHORT BEEPS FOLLOWED BY 3 SHORT BEEPS AND THERE IS NO DISPLAY ON THE MONITOR. CHECKED RAM FOUND SERVICEABLE.

Go to the website of your bios provider and check the beep codes. I'm guessing it's the video card.
