Taskbar Icons not highlighted.

Hi,

every time I start my Windows 7 and start a program, the taskbar icon does not highlight. This make me use of alt+tab key to see what programs I’ve open.

    Try pointing your cursor over the taskbar it sometime hidden when cursor is no over, or you've accidentally hide it.
