create more table of content in M.S. Word 2007

Hello

I want to create 3 table of content (TOC) in the beginning of my M.A. Thesis.
One TOC for text headings and two TOCs for images and tables. And if I have to, I must create 4th TOC for Equation.

So, my question is:
How can I create more than one TOC in the beginning of a document?
