    My PC don't switch on after i've turn on electricity.

    my PC don't remain on after i have turned on the electricity,only my CD driver is receiving electricity then turn off automatically. :(
    i have to leave my CPU like that for some time on plug then after some minutes again trying turn it on and windows starts normally! ( as if it needs charge to start up ???)

    Mere detail please. Is this a desktop PC?Is it a Dell?
    Is the CD or DVD external?
    Did this problem start recently?

      its a desktop PC and its an internal DVD drive.
      well i started getting this problem about 3 weeks from now..
      its has these specification:
       Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz, 4 GB RAM, 1GB graphic integrated in Board.

      If you leave the CD drive enmity do disc in it, does the PC start normally?

        it shuts down even though .

        right now am using it, there is no problem but at night i usually take out the power cord from the switch
         
        and when i try to turn it on in the morning it simply turn on for few seconds and then off again!

        i have to leave it for some  minutes(7-10 Min's) as if there is a battery which need to be charged up before use! and i can use it normally after it has turned on!

        If it's an i3 i'd check to see if the Warranty is still good...thats a fairly new PC.

          its a customize PC,

          only the M-board, RAM, Processor and Hard disk are new otherwise the remaining hardware must be around 2 year.
          i have a PS of 550 watts and a DVD re-writable drive.

          All the new components should still be under warranty which is the point i was making...
