    Hello,
    I have done endless google searches and updated the drivers on my keyboard and mouse. Nothing.
    Cleared cache. Nothing.
    All other keystrokes work.

    Any ideas?

    Be more specific.

    Where are they not working? In your browser? On a specific web page? In a certain program? Anywhere on the computer?
