My laptop won't open Manage or keep the cdrom closed?!?

I went out to dinner (everything was fine before I left) closed the screen, then all of a sudden the rom won't close nor can I click Manage without some error that says:
Windows Cannot Find 'C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools\Computer Management.Ink'  Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

Help Please.

It was DUST!

We have a new feature the blows out dust by remote control. It is still in Beta, so you need to check to see if all the dust was removed.

I had the same problem with my laptop! I pushed the cdrom table to close it. It happened that accumulated dust starts to clogged the railings. My solution was to take the rom out and clean it with brush. It has an easy job but you need to be careful about the lens coz it is the most delicate part.
