USB Flash Drive Won't Reconize Code 43 (Unknown Device)

Hello,

I bought a USB flash drive v210w from HP.
The problem is he won't recognize on my laptop. (On my Desktop he works fine)

He say: Unknown Device /!\
Code 43

What i try:

- Reinstall windows 7
- Search for Drivers
- Use a Other USB port
- Google...


Laptop specifications:
ASUS Notebook K52JK/K52JB Series
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU       M 350  @ 2.27GHz  2.27 GHz
4,00 GB RAM
Type System: 64 BIT
NVIDIA Graphicscard

I hope you will find a good driver or fix it on a other way!

Do other flash drives or usb devices work on your laptop?

Normal USB sticks work... I dont have other Flash drives

Did you say this problem was happening before reinstalling windows?

How did you go about reinstalling? Did you use your laptop's recovery partition?

Any errors in device manager?
To open device manager click start then type devmgmt.msc into the search box and press enter. Look for any yellow question marks, exclamation points or red Xs.

Are you saying that you had a windows iso on a flash drive and used that to install your operating system?

After you've downloaded it double click on the file to start the installation. Once you've installed it, open it up. At the top of the page go to File and then Publish snapshot. You will see a prompt asking you if you want to proceed with publish. Click yes, then copy to clipboard. Right click on an empty space in your reply box and click paste.

What they suggest is to upgrade the bios. However, if I were you, I will return this flash drive and buy other model.
