    automatic Hibernation after heats up to 90 deg C

    I have HP pavillion dv4 TX1240 laptop. I have problem of overheating as still using cooler master pad. The process gets 100 % cpu use and it gets overheats and hibernates.
    And recently i have cleaned my fan.
    Its using INTEL CORE 2 DUO T6400 2 ghz processor. and having nvidia graphic card 512 MB.( Brought in Mar 2009)
    Please help me to solve this heating problem.

    Did you reapply thermal paste?  The 6400T-series has min/max operating temps from  0°C - 105°C
