Let's check your RAM.
Download memtest86+ here:
http://www.memtest.org/download/4.20/memtest86+-4.20.iso.zip

That's a .zip file so you will have to extract the iso once you have it downloaded. Right click, extract files.

Then make a boot disk from the iso. You will need to use a iso burning program to burn the CD. If you're not sure if you have an iso burning program, try imgburn. Download it for free here:

If you're not sure how to burn the file to a CD, there's a guide here:
http://neosmart.net/wiki/display/G/Burning+ISO+Images+with+ImgBurn

Once you have your CD burned, you need to restart the computer and start it from the CD. If you're not sure how to make your computer start from the CD, have a look here:

If memtest finds any errors, you should replace the memory module(s).

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

1) What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

Since the memory checks out okay, the next most likely culprit for those errors is your computer's power supply unit. You may have to buy a new one. Try to borrow one of the same or greater wattage as the one you have now. Test it with another psu, see if the errors continue.

Well you see, it's hard to tell if the blue screen appears showing crashes by either software or hardware..... But What I tried was re-installing windows

In the future when you want to troubleshoot bad RAM (and I would still not rule that out) take out one stick of RAM and boot the machine, repeat this systematically and note if the blue screen happens more quickly or not at all. If a stick is bad you can gennerally figure it out in a few minutes and the machine will crash quickly when only the bad stick is installed.

Also check all the fans, both the power supply and CPU fan can cause this kind of thing if they are running slow or not at all.

Hello Again, the fans are working fine. The first stick of ram that I took out of my computer and it has started without crashing. I had done a memtest and it showed there weren't any problems, so I thought memory was fine. So far so good, but we will see, I surely hope this was the problem. Thanks Mike your awesome.
