You can try running a hard drive diagnostic below. You will need to determine the make of your hard drive. You can do this by looking in your Device Manager or by opening the box and looking at the harddrive.

    Run hard drive diagnostics: tacktech.com
Make sure, you select tool, which is appropriate for the brand of your hard drive.
Depending on the program, it'll create bootable floppy, or bootable CD.
If downloaded file is of .iso type, use ImgBurn: imgburn to burn .iso file to a CD (select "Write image file to disc" option), and make the CD bootable.
For Toshiba hard drives, see here:

Note : If you do not know how to set your computer to boot from CD follow the steps here

Below is the error that i encounter....

As far as Malware goes, after doing some researching, this dialog appears to be legit. It appears when the S.M.A.R.T (Smart Monitoring and Analysis Tool) built into the drive detects an error that points to the drive beginning to fail.

If you just want to check the S.M.A.R.T status of the drive download Speedfan http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php
The download link is the blue writing in the second paragraph "The latest version is SpeedFan 4.46."

Start Speedfan and go to the S.M.A.R.T tab, then select your HDD from the drop down list. Click "Perform an in-depth online analysis of this hard disk"
You will be taken to a page which will tell you if your hard drive really is sick or not.
Post back with any warning messages it gives you.

Go to the website of your hd manufacturer, download their diagnostic utility, burn it to cd and run it on your drive.

After doing SMART check with seatools i get FAIL and Fail info is "Now is a good time to make sure you have a current backup of your important data.

Unfortunately, your Seagate product has failed an important diagnostic test, possibly caused by problem sectors which are difficult to read.  Seagate recommends that you run SeaTools for DOS, which has the ability to repair most problem sectors.  SeaTools for DOS may be able to save you from the inconvenience and down time of exchanging the drive.  For more information on this subject see "

What do i have to do now??

I have backed up important files and everything

Purchase a new HDD and re-install Windows and all your apps...
It's probably too late to image the drive...i wouldn't trust it working.
