my computer won't turn on

HI last week my computer was running really slow and shutting down all the time. i went to turn the computer on yesterday and it tells me to hit alt, ctrl, delete, and when i do nothing happens? help

What kind of computer - ,ake/model, RAM, hard drive size, audio and video card. Any running antispyware programs, antivirus, etc. Do all the lights come on and do all the whirring sounds seem like normal?

Make sure all fans are running properly and blow all of the dust out of the cabinet whilst you are at it. Might as well reseat the RAM modules whilst you are in there and see if you can see anything loose or any damage.
