    this is the message i have been getting for the past 2 days now...for 2 days whenever i start my laptop i get a whole new window going on and all my private files and everything is gone....i dont have a temporary profile!
    i keep restoring the laptop to a previous date than i come to the normal window page i always use...

    what is going on? do i need to formate my pc cause this might be a virus?
    appreciate ur help!!!

    What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

      nothing special went on before 2 days ago...i didnt do anything out of the ordinary really no new programs ect...so i dont know why this happened...
