Laptop overheating

I'm using Compaq Presario CQ61 and it keeps overheating on minimum requirements (for example, I open up facebook on firefox and CPU temperature rises at over 75 °C). Opened it up, cleaned it of dust, but still overheats. It even has an extra cooler, but the temperature just won't drop.

Any good advice?
