    Wireless Mouse No Movement

    Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 3000 Model 1359

    I been useing this mouse with my laptop an two of my desktop pc's.  The thing was working for a while up till about the past week or so.  When I connect it, it see's the mouse but, I cant move the cursor.  How ever when I reset the reciever Im able to move it there for a while

    Replace the batteries...in the mouse and reciever if it takes them.

        Used a non rechargeable an still the same thing happens. Says its good an know good too

        It's possible there is interference from other nearby devices.

        If you have a wifi router, change the channel your wifi is using to something +/- 4 from the current settings.

        If you have a cordless phone, make sure the phone and the base are both away from the computer/receiver.

            It very well could be. A wireless router the laptops wireless an a wireless phone my cell.

              The mouse was reading the battery I had in there as good. They were all brand new however I used a good rechargeable today an it started working again

                It was a fresh pack but wired that it said it was good
