My mother gave me her old Gateway Acer Netbook, and it has major problems. It runs slowly, it has no sound card, its missing alot of files, and is just overall screwy
. I would love to have sound on it, but i can live without it for the moment. I just want the computer to act normal, and to be at its original settings, so i want to reset to factory settings. Only issue? I have NO idea how to do this!
