Stuck at "Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 CD"

I have a Sony Notebook that was doing just great until yesterday.
Last night turned it on and it was "Installing" - It gets to the point of
Insert Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 CD
I dont have the SP 2 or any installation CDs - they didnt come with the computer.
It will not let me start up with F8 either.

I did notice...both the same issue.
