I am look for a way to do one of the following:

run a program as in admin on a non admin account with out having to retype the password all the time.

or

remove a the sheild from programs with unidentified publishers.(attatched is a picture of the shield)

This is a Vista computer.

This might be what you need, RUNAS for Vista. I use to use RUNAS with power user credentials for tools for users to execute, and wrapped the batch file into an exe so the users could not edit to look at credentials. We never placed our system admin privileges into a runas batch file that a user had access to for obvious reasons. The power user privilege allowed for elevated privileges at the local computers but not allow access to where they do not belong in case anyone was a rogue employee or this compiled batch ever made its way ( leaked etc ) into the wrong hands somehow.
