write batch file

I want to write a batch file to take a blaster, fill out the required fields, add my advert close the blaster and then repeat untill it gets to the bottom of the list of blaster urls. How do I do this. What is my first step? :-/

The first thing I would do is post this question in the DOS forum, right below this one. There are a lot of batch file students in there already.
