While it is pretty cheap, you'd really be better moving from an AMD CPU and motherboard to an Intel system.  At this point in time AMD falls way behind Intel in terms of performance.  For a budget gaming machine you may want to look at an Intel Core i3, However, if your budget allows you may want to consider an i5.

"record the latest games on full graphics" and "as cheap as possible" do not really go together unfortunately.

When it comes to building PCs it's much better to wait a while and save up for something good rather than cheaping out.

But as for that build, how is it for gaming? Would it work, or is it really bad and needs work?

What's your budget, and what games do you need it to run?  Also, what resolution will you be playing at?

Well, my budget would be around 400-500, as I'm only fourteen and we're not the richest family in the world. I would mainly like to run minecraft full graphics while recording, but then also there would be the odd other games for example I was going to record amnesia a machine for pigs now that it's out. I basically just want to know that any game I buy I will be able to run with decent graphics, and possibly recording. Now I know that it's probably not possible, but will that build come anywhere close?

In all honesty, I would either drop the gaming requirement, or save up before building.  Otherwise, you'll end up wasting money as whatever you buy now will need a serious overhaul quite soon.
The build above isn't too bad, however it won't cut it for long and will need upgrading sooner rather than later so I can't recommend it.

You'll need more than 4GB ram for sure if you're shooting for max graphics on just about any new games. But if you want to record the HD gameplay in HD, then you'll need an even better rig.

And as camerongray said, budget and HD recording on best graphics don't tend to go together.

The rig aboud is kinda Mid-range for modern standards, so it'd be outdated and need upgrades in as little as 2 years depending on what you want to play. OH! Not to mention that in the next 5-10 years 4K res will prolly be standard (as with what happened with 108p)... So there's that to consider too.

My 2 is that with that budget you'll have to compromise or save more - and I never compromise! :D lol!!

Cause I made a new rig, and it's like a whole separate rig. Plus, it's not a different topic, it's a different thread, under the same topic.
