error code stop:0X0000007E ( 0XC0000005,0X000

I recently had to reinstall(??) my windows xp.  It took me 4 tries to get it running.  I am currently running in "safe mode" due to this error code == stop:0X0000007E ( 0XC0000005,0X00000000,0XF963D0BC,0XF963CDB8)  does anybody know what this means and/or  how I cna fix this problem?? I really need help.

    It does depend on what you have done that gives this message.

    The best thing is to search the Microsoft Knowledge Base for the answer relevant to what has happened.

    STOP 0x0000007E ERROR MESAGE AFTER YOU UPGRADE TO WINDOWS XP

    With all these stop messages...
    If you Google for the first part, i.e. STOP 0x0000007E you will find a lot more relevant information.
