    Read only folders

    I am installing sourcebans and it requires the folders to not  be read only I am running windows 7 proffesional and everytime I uncheck the read attribute in the properties it remarks it read only.  I have already tried this attrib -r +s drive:\<path>\<foldername> and I have already taken ownership of it. I need this answered ASAP I need to get my server running again by the end of this weekend and i still have to install sourcecomms and add a bunch of new stuff to it. Please help me!

      I may be an idiot but I can not seem to find the edit button it appears this is effecting other programs to not just sourcebans. I cant install phpbb3 becuase of it!
