    Dolby Audio Driver Failure
    « on: August 27, 2014, 09:32:04 AM »
Whever I open my profile I am notified that the dolby audio driver has failed to start. I have attempted repairing and reinstalling. I get sound when on youtube, and skype, but Team Fortress 2 and the like are completely mute. How can I repair this, or, alternatively, how can I get sound through games in some other way.

    Welcome to the forum.
First, please give more detail about what computer you have.
Not all PCs or laptops have Dolby sound. Some users report problems with Dolby only after making a change to the system, such as a n update.
Did the problem only start recently? What changes, if any, did you make?
