When opening a word document either in my documents or a attachment in an email.
I have to wait for the following process to take place.
Please wait while setup prepares the necessary files-Configuring Microsoft Enterprise 2007 after this lengthy process the word document will open. This takes about 5 minutes.
I have WIN 7 professional.
The disks I have are April 2007 x 1-Sept 2007 x 2 and WIN 7 upgrade October 2009 x 1. I have used repair option without success, Any help would be appreciated
I have tried MS support but they require payment, also I have tried links to upgrade to office 2010 but none appear to work
