How to copy images received in an email, using WORD in Windows 8.1 and Photoshop CS6?

I highlight both text and images but WORD will only copy the text!

Grateful for any help to a 77-year-old civil service pensioner, often baffled by computer navigation, even though I have been attending training sessions...

Try right clicking the image only and select "save as"...point it to where you can find it...IE desktop...or a pics folder...give it a name...and your done.

Hint...after it is saved it can be accessed via the app of your choice such as Photoshop.
