Need to upgrade my graphics card in order to run Black Op 3

I am currently looking to purchase a new graphics card that is capable of running the new game Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 at a good level.

Current specs:

Video card: AMD Radeon HD 7700 series
Core: Intel Core i5-2320 CPU @ 2.93 GHz (4 CPUs)
Memory: 8.2GB RAM
Operating system: Windows 8 64-bit (6.2, build 9200)

I am not to familiar with buying computer parts and was wondering if anyone could suggest a good graphics card (capable of running games like COD black ops 3 and Battlefeild 4) that is overly expensive.

What is your budget? We need to know how much money you have to throw at performance to give you the best suggestion for what you are willing to pay.

Also what is your power supply wattage rating and which brand or make/model power supply?
