Accidentally knocked something over and ripped an hdmi cable out of the video card. When I reinserted it, it would'nt recognize the monitor it was attached to. When I restarted, it wouldn't recognize any monitor. Did what every site told me on how to reset bios and reseated the xmas battery. Now it won't boot at all. Just posts, gives 2 beeps and sits there with the fan running until I hit the power.

The motherboard is a p8z77-v LX. Having found the Manuel on the Asus website, there is only a small beep code table listing a long beep followed by 1 to 5 short ones. Nothing about 2 short, though I recall hearing somewhere that 2 beeps is generally a cmos error.
