What size is my hard-drive? how can I tell?
« on: November 19, 2005, 03:17:28 PM »
??? Could anybody tell me how I can tell what size my current hard-drive is? eg. where do I look on the computer to see this info?  I looked in control panel etc??? wasn't sure at all.  All I know is that it's pretty crap - I want to buy a new one, but want to compare with the size of my current one!! Much appreciated.

Download and run Everest Home Edition, it will tell you all about your computer.

You can also tell the size of your harddrive by going to My Computer from the start menu or desktop and right clicking the harddrive and going to Properties and clicking on the General tab. No extra software needed for this.  ;D

You know Hopester, we had many really genius professors  at university couldn't solve school problems. Because they always approach from professional point.
They can't consider everything so simple.
        Complex as fuzzy maths problems.

        So does Fed.  :P

Fed has achieved a higher level of consciousness. I think he's controlling my avatar.

I only suggested Everest so Muriel could find out all about her computer in one easy to follow interface. :P

I discovered Everest here on these pages, and it is probably my favorite utility. It's always a good suggestion.  :)

That must be some party they are having in China, let's hope they don't run out of anything.

So now that we found the size of the hard drive, what else happened?
