Hi, I have ACER lap w-7 and I am ADMINSTRAtor", but when I try to delete some files it siad "you need permission from the administrator", where can I CORRECT this error please??

hI, when I am cleaning comp with any software and have to delete some bada files it always said you NEED ADMINISTRATOR permission, but I am administrator?Please help this is driving me nuts
