The agp slot is the video card slot. Please note there are diffrent kinds. Please see motherboard manual for specifications. The Agp slot is the slot above the PCI slots. Umm It is that only slot above the White slot.

go to google and get a picture if you are concern

It's usually brown.  It's shorter than a PCI slot.
