My Negative Review of Freedompop Mobile.

Freedom pop is s mobile phone serve allied with Sprint_Corporation.
From the link a above you will see that it is a real business. But their way of doing business is not welcome by a number of disgruntled customers.
This is a negative review.
Without going into the details, I had an encounter that others had warned about. (Now I wish I had done the research first.)

Here is, maybe, the most neutral review you might find:

Here is one that is very negative:
The first guy reactivated my service no problem for a couple days and then it stopped again, the second guy told me it was because my payment information has changed which shouldn't even be possible and asked for my credit card information again and said everything would work fine, then the third guy I called today because it still wasn't working said I had a data overage from last month

The total number of public complaints about the support is too hard to count. A Google search shows that it may be ten thousand or more.
In my case, they charged me for service plans I did not authorize. So my Bank says they will take card of it. But I have to get a new bank card.

So, if it seems to toe too good to be true, maybe so.  8)
