click, click, click...or Bulk Download!!

 Here's me clicking over and over again on a website that offers free downloads:  

Now here's me using software that will let me bulk download instead of clicking and clicking and clicking:  

At home I use a Firefox plugin called "Downitall" that will let me do this.  But I'm limited to IE and Windows 2000 at work.  Is there a FREE downloadable program that will let me do this with IE?
