outlook 2000 "unknown error"

everyone in the building except one user can print multiple emails at the same time (select 2 emails and then hit the print icon). one user gets the following error. any advice? thanks.

Print one at a time works fine? Then do that.

Check your settings in Outlook and compare them with his. It sounds like Outlook is causing this.

since all the pc's here are made from the same ghost image, i'm not expecting to find any differences, but i will compare the settings to double-check.

as for printing one at a time, sometimes this person gets 30-40 emails and would rather select-all and print once than have to sit there and print them individually.  plus it saves on paper because it doesn't 'form feed'  between each one.
