    Computer Freeze

    so it just started happening a week ago my computer would randomly freeze as in just freeze sometimes I can move the mouse on the screen.

    ex. it froze with me on google chrome and I could get off it but the mouse moves the keyboard doesn't I cant bring up task manager or go to the desktop. (this is posted here because I don't know if it is software or hardware problem)

    Testing system RAM with memtest86 can verify that your RAM is good.
    CrystalDiskInfo can be used to verify hard drive or SSD health.
    Speedfan can be used to test for an overheating condition.

    Memtest86 would boot off of a bootable USB stick or a CD or DVD disc that you burn. The other 2 softwares require the system healthy enough to run them without locking up.

    How much free space do you have on your C drive? Click on  "My Computer" right-click the C drive and select Properties.

       i have 637gb free on my C drive since my post i did a system restore on my computer because a day prior to my problem starting my anti virus was turned off so on some advice from a certified technician i know i restored it and it hasnt happened since

        Yes.
        If your motherboard has a build-in VGA, Try using it.
