«The Internet explores did an error in MSHTML.DLL»

When I open the Internet Explore appears the following message: «The Internet explores did an error in MSHTML.DLL».
It is not possible open the internet.
Can you help me to solve this problem? My operative system is the windows Millennium. I have a ADSL connection, by USB. Thank you.

You didn't mention which version of IE, but this may help:

MSHTML.DLL
