It should look like the first image in my first reply. The image looks correct. Try running it in Safe Mode.
Did you install any new programs or download anything prior to this problem?

SuperDave, man this sucks...i need this computer running this weekend and I cant even run AdwCleaner in safemode.

It looks nothing like the images you posted. It looks a lot like Malwarebyter free UI. The only thing installed after the virus hit was Combfix and  TDSS rootkit removing tool which did not run either. 

I also found that many or most of my exe will not run correctly.

Any other tool that i can use? I am losing confidence in this application.

okay got it to run...I had to delete malwarebytes. and run in safemode. It does not look like the image you attached anymore. The UI looks like malwarebytes.

I will post logs shortly.
