I am running Windows XP
I have had a scrollbar error a couple of times in the last few days and it's really weird!
When I hit a link from an email in Outlook to go to a webpage my scrollbar
goes to the bottom and wont move, so all I can view is the bottom of whatever
email I am reading, and when I open Explorer to view the webpage I can only
see the bottom of that page as well.
If I try to move the scrollbar up again it immediately goes to the bottom.
Yikes!
It doesnt happen every time, but I am getting worried now.
If I restart, it is fine - til the next time.
I have never had a problem like this, can anybody help me please ? !
