User profile cannot be loaded

Need computer for job hunting! Help.. user profile
Cannot be loaded.  I hit f8 and nothing. After I hit shutdown, and then turn it back on  it goes to the starting windows, I hit f8 while holding fn. , it's windows 7 an Asus.  And I can't get into anything. Nothing comes up, keeps going to the error message . I clik ok, it says logging off but it doesnt, it goes to my icon with my name, I clik again and error again. Please, I just lost my job and need my computer..

Do you see a login k careen that has you user name?
Have you tried ctrl+alt+del keys to force the administrator account?
