Display Properties

When I go to see my dispay properties, there are no tabs for "Screensaver," "Background," etc. It only shows the "Theme" and has no tabs at all across the top. Just wondering if anyone knew how to fix this. Thanks for your help!

    BTW .....Have you had viruses or trojans visit you recently ?

    And please post a hijackthis log and we can see why you have so many processes running ......63 is way too many ......
