open with with no reason!

i have a problem with mp3 files,when i click to open it it pops up the "Open With" menu ,i choose a player to play it(say media player or jetaudio) ,but again the next time i try to open it the openwith menu pops up again(i have checked the textbox "Always Use The Selected Program TO Open This Kind Of File")
why is that,how can i fix it? :-?

Go to Control Panel--Folder Options and under File Types click on New write file estension mp3 and click Change. Choose a player you want to use for mp3 files.
