cant access C:\Documents and Settings\All Users

i recently tried to make a new user a count and i wanted to share some document between user that's when i found out that i cannot access nor add files to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users   i get     " C:\Documents and Settings\All Users is not accessible access denied "  when  i try to open . Ive tried and cannot change it to allow access please help

    killerwombat.....  Which operating system are you using and does your user account have full administrative rights ?

    I bet you're using Windows Simple File Sharing.  Microsoft should be shot for that nonsense.  I can't remember the exact fix for this, but in Windows Explorer, Tools-->Folder Options-->View, find the option (at the bottom) to turn off Simple File Sharing.  Whilst you're there, sniff haughtily at the word "recommended".

    You should now be able to fix the problem in safe mode, logged on as Administrator.

      no  i was running one care for a while and when i unintaled it i started geting them this file sharing thing was happening before that
