iexplore.exe - Application Error

I get this message after I close IE; “The instruction at “0x629132f4” referenced memory at “0x629132f4”. The memory could not be “read”. Click on OK to terminate the program”.

Try running System File Checker. Start -> Run -> cmd -< type sfc /scannow at the command prompt. You will need your XP disc. If this doesn't do the trick, use system restore.
