Epson Stylus Photo 820 Printer Issue

I've been unable to find a category that I need.  I don't have an answer to your emaili links not working.

Would anyone know how to correct a problem with Epson Stylus Photo 820 Printer?  Mine has suddenly a problem with printing characters that are readable.  It is not out of ink.  It prints type that looks like hierogliphics (sp?).

Which operating system are you using? When did this start? Have you made any changes to your system recently?
