microstar motherboard ver2.1

I have just acquired a computer with a microstar ms 6330 ver 2.1.
It's a socket 462 which houses an AMD Athlon CPU.
I have been surfing the net and cannot find any resoursesor information.
I have been trying to boot the computer up,but cannot get passed the window ME screen and then hangs.
I wonder what the processor speed is and maybe i would need a different RAM speed rather then the conventioonal SDRAM 133.
I cannot think of any other explanations so any suggestion will be appretiated
