i just bought a new comp which i had to install windows myself. i turn it on and it gets past the first few parts but then it says
NVIDIA Boot agent 209.0476
copyright NVIDIA corporation
copyright INTEL corporation
Pxe-e61 media test failure, check cable
pxe-mof exiting NVIDIA boot agent
Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter
i have got 2 hard drives one being a raptor hard drive

Change the boot order in the BIOS. It is trying to network boot (PXE), and in the absence of that it doesn't know what to do.  Change it to CD first, floppy second (if present) and hard drive third. Disable PXE or make it fourth, whatever is possible. Since we don't have ANY details about the machine, this is the only help available.
